2019-2020 Membership Year Registration Fees:
Early Bird Fees (May 1-18th)
1st player - $80
Additional players in same family - $70
Regular Fees (May 19- June 15th)
1st player - $90
Additional players in same family - $80
Late Fees (After June 15th)
1st player - $110
Additional players in same family - $100
Fee includes:
Both seasons, shirt, shorts,
socks, insurance, membership card & magazine

Bring their birth certificate, insurance, Doctor information & your credit card information (CASH OR CHECKS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED) to one of the events below:
1st Registration Event: May 18th At Capac Library from 2-4 PM
2nd Registration Event: June 15th At Capac Library from 2-4 PM
