AYSO Region 1296 Refund Policy:

Refund Policy is as follows for the beginning of each “Fall – Spring” Season:

If a parent wishes to receive a refund once their child(ren) is(are) registered with Capac AYSO, they may do so within the dates stated below. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our PO Box listed below, all refund requests will be subject to board approval.

Any refund that is issued via a parent request and upon board approval will be issued minus any insurance fees subject to the original registration fees. If the registered player(s) have had a team uniform ordered for him/her the refund received will reflect any cost of the uniform including possible shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Requests received Post Marked prior to the first Saturday of September will receive a full refund of registration fees minus insurance and uniform fees (Uniforms will be given to player whether they will or won’t be playing).
  • Requests received Post Marked after “Labor Day” Monday will be reviewed by the board and subject to approval.
  • Requests post marked after games have started will not be eligible for any refund.

Single Season players registered prior to spring session will not be eligible for refund.
